Paraiso Bay is one of the most expected projects on the Edgewater District after the Resorts World Miami project taking place on the ex Miami Herald building, plans are just being lauched to the public and we are now taking reservations!

Paraiso Bay New Precontruction will be a luxury building by Arquitectonica, with interiors designed by United Design (London UK) and Landscapes by Enzo Enea (Zurich, Switzerland).

The project, previoulsy called Element named as a mix of spanish and english languages after Miami's mix of cultures. Paraiso Bay will be developed by Jorge Perez and built by Arquitectonica. The estimated completion date is 2017. The condominium will be a two tower, 700 units in a 55 stories structure with 550 feet tall. Unit sizes are expected to be between 1,000 SQ Feet and 2,500 SQ Feet, of course this subject to change; It's not final but the developer migth build a third tower in a near future, that will bring to the project around 1000 units, on a style as the world known Icon Brickell with around 1800 units including the Viceroy Condo Hotel. The buildings will have 1, 2, and 3 bedroom condos available as well as penthouse units on the top floors.  

Paraiso Bay Edwater Miami New Pre construction

Paraiso Bay Condo will be built on a half acre water front public park right on the bay at 600 NE 31 Street as the Margaret Pace Park on 17th street at North Bayshore drive area around Paramount Bay, 1800 Club, Quantum on the Bay and the surrounding condos on 17 to 21 street right on the bay. The park will have a baywalk that will be open to the public connecting over 212 linear feet along the Biscayne Bay water’s edge. Also it will have exercise area, a dog walking section, a kids playground and art sculptures from the National YoungArts Foundation.
