One Brickell on the verge of construction phase
The megaproject One Brickell, by Related Group will begin the construction phase in 2015.
The developer will build the first two towers simultaneously next year. Both towers will feature residential units, but one of them will go to rental apartments , according to what was published in Miami Today.
The project includes a third tower where a five star hotel with 250 rooms will be located, as well as residential units on the upper floors. It will probably be the tallest tower in Brickell.
Brickell market continues to position itself as the most benefited by the construction of luxury buildings. The area has increased in value over time, and completely changed its outlook and aesthetic. Nowadays, modernized, Brickell has nothing to envy to any big city in the world.
