The Edge on Brickell news

The Edge on Brickell, a condominium project in South Miami River, is moving forward, slightly modified from the original plans.

Restaurant space was upgraded to 4172 square feet, a slightly higher figure than in the plans presented last July.  Developer Rafael Aragonés signed new plans the first days of this month.

Condo units remained equal at 130.

The developer will pay $ 141,000 in connection fees for water and sewer services, and $ 79,000 to extend the service line to the site.

Although building has not yet started on site, developer payed several building fees to the city of Miami last December, assuring its construction permits.

Sales for the project began last October. The design, by architect Luis Revuelta, attracted attention by the site of a tower of 58 floors in a relatively narrow lot.

Among its amenities The Edge on Brickell will include swimming pools with 180 ° panoramic views in the middle of what is now the financial district of the city. There will also be entertainment centers, gyms, ample parking space robot. The residences will be carefully designed to meet the necessary amenities for those who invest in this wonderful building to live a luxury life.

This 631 feet skyscraper will include an illuminated glass mural on the facade which will be designed by German artist Jan Hendrix. This building is classified as an art boutique that will offer access to the most important sites of interest in the city. Its prime location features exclusive access to what will be the most important commercial circuit of the city: Brickell City Centre. It is also within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village.

Along with Edgewater, Brickell has become the preferred area for South Florida’s real estate market. An investment in the area is now a safe bet due to the constant growth trend, that seems to be time proof.
