Faena House: The new neighborhood of Miami Beach

Over the beaches of Miami Beach the new Faena House will rise. A building inspired by the antique buildings of Buenos Aires which will be notable for its huge terraces and eaves. This will be the first building of what will be the Faena District, a neighborhood of buildings designed for luxury, art and comfort

Miami Beach will grow on its land a majestic condominium designed by Alan Faena in conjunction with renowned architects Foster + Partners. Faena House will be the first element of Faena District, which is destined to be the new paradigm of art and a life of luxury call.

Faena District is intended as a new district and cultural center that will be made by the most exclusive professionals in each of their disciplines. That's why the most prominent intellectuals in topics ranging from architecture, engineering, curators, and chefs, among others will be included into this project. 

The new building will include an art center, a park and special areas for relaxation. Its floor to ceiling glass windows will provide a wonderful ocean view. In addition, between its amenities there will be a fitness center, a spa, a playground for children, a beach club and other common areas intended for residents.

Faena House residential units include one to five rooms with interior design and details exclusively designed by Foster + Partners. Each apartment will be inspired the famous "aleros" (eaves) of Buenos Aires. This means that each apartment will include an spacious terrace with ocean view. Buyers can choose different color palettes for interiors and so may aesthetics customization according to their tastes.
