The Edge on Brickell, a condominium project in South Miami River, is moving forward, slightly modified from the original plans.
Restaurant space was upgraded to 4172 square feet, a slightly higher figure than in the plans presented last July. Developer Rafael Aragonés signed new plans the first days of this month.
Condo units remained equal at 130.
The developer will pay $ 141,000 in connection fees for water and sewer services, and $ 79,000 to extend the service line to the site.
Although building has not yet started on site, developer payed several building fees to the city of Miami last December, assuring its construction permits.
