Paraiso Project: the complex that will transform Edgewater

Edgewater area continues to grow. It is for this reason that The Related Group has planned a mega resort with wonderful views of the bay. Paraiso Project will integrate four luxury condo towers. Paraiso Bayviews, One Paraiso and Paraiso Bay will be the newest and most luxurious bayside buildings. 

These complexes integrate the Edgewater area through the about-to-be-built pedestrian path, Bayline. Marvelous gardens will be built by the swiss landscape architect Enzo Enea which will provide residents with the most exuberant nature. This new 44-story building will offer stunning views of Biscayne Bay and the interior will be carefully designed by renowned designer Karim Rashid. These three towers are added to the new developments of luxury condos that will forever change the skyline of Miami. 

Paraiso Bayviews will include a rooftop pool, which, being on the 44th floor, offers a total picture of the city. In addition, those who purchase a property at Paraiso Bayviews will enjoy of an exclusive membership to the Michael Schwartz’s beach club and restaurant. 

Paraiso Bay 

Paraiso Bay will be built on three acres on the streets 30 and 32, to the bay, in the heart of Edgewater. It will consist of two towers of 55 stories each. All residences will have views that go all over from east to west from which Miami’s skyline will appear. In addition, this residential complex will be surrounded by nature. The project will include the creation of green spaces designed by Swiss architect Enzo Enea.

This is the new project of the signature Related Group and is conceptually designed by Argentinian developer, Jorge Perez. Its floors offer one, two, three and four bedrooms starting at 1,000 SQ feet to 2500 SQ Feet penthouses. Among its advantages are the floor to ceiling windows and advanced technology in each of its units.
